A quick reminder: oral arguments on the Final Sale Motion are scheduled for tomorrow morning at 10 AM at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Portland. This will be the 4th and presumably final hearing on the proposed sale of the Clary Lake dam to the Clary Lake Association.
